Kind of cheating though.
It's more like 74 cameras individual photos stitched together.

Still, a 570 Mega pixel image is a mad thing to see. I made a 1000 Mega Pixel image of Tramore. You can see everything from the Metal Man right through to the back strand at the time we had the frost, so the Snow is on the mountains too.

Opening that file up on your PC is quite an experience.  Grin

I have a monster of a PC in the Studio (8 Cores)  and I've never seen it struggle until that day.

What did that PC cost to setup.

What are you running out there ---a backup for the pentagon or what  LOL

Hi Thomas.
I have no idea how much money was put into it. I'm good friends with a guy who works for an IT Review mag, so he got a lot of parts before they were due for release and he passed them onto me.

It's a monster of a PC. The graphics card alone requires 3 power supplies. 1 from the socket, and two directly from the PSU. The mother board is the same, it takes the normal power from the PSU plus 2 additional 12V supplies.
