Tip - Protecting your Camera from Condensation
Dec 18th, 2015 at 8:33am

Cold weather & condensation - useful tip for this time of year.
Condensation is not a problem while you are outside taking pictures, but it becomes an issue when you come back inside a warm house.
Outside, the air is cold and dry, but inside there’s almost always going to be some moisture in the air.
What this means for your camera is that all that moisture will condense onto the cold surfaces, including the internal parts ( NOT GOOD )

So the tip is to place your camera in an airtight bag before you bring it inside. The condensation will form on the outside of the bag, but the camera will stay dry. You can use a simple Zip type freezer bag or go the expensive route and buy a special dry bag.

Hope this helps someone ( I might even try it myself ....  Grin Grin )
